Welcome to Advanced Diagnostics Laboratory
ADL uses the IN Cell Analyzer 1000 which is a flexible, modular, cellular
and subcellular imaging system for fast, automated imaging in fixed
and live cells. This unit is an automated epifluorescence-based
microscope with motorised stage, laser autofocus and image
acquisition software.
It uses a Nikon microscope and optics with a xenon light source and a
range of Chroma excitation/emission filters as well as Chroma
multi-pass dichroics. It has temperature control, automated liquid
handling, a transmitted light unit, microscope slide imaging and an
optical Z-sectioning module. This unit is primarily designed for
high-content, high throughput assays. It is well suited
to image capture from glass slides and multi well plates (up to 96
well).
